# How to add a ChatGPT AI support agent to Concrete CMS

You want to embed your custom trained AI support agent in your **Concrete CMS** website page. Here's how to add an AI support agent to Concrete CMS with SiteSpeakAI.

## Add your AI support agent to your **Concrete CMS** website

### In SiteSpeakAI

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the **Install Agent** section in the sidebar, then click on the **Copy Code** button to copy your code snippet.

### In Concrete CMS

1. Log into your **Concrete CMS** account and on the dashboard select **View Sites**

2. Select and log in to the site you want to add your AI support agent to

3. Select **Edit This Page**

4. Click on **SITEWIDE NAVIGATION** and select **Add Block**

5. Select the **HTML** block to add your AI support agent snippet

6. Insert your snippet and click on **Add**

7. Exit **Edit Mode** to **Save** & **Publish** your changes

8. Your AI support agent button will now be displayed on your **Concrete CMS** website page

9. If you click on the button it will display the AI support agent dialogue
