White-label agency platform

You can now run a full white-label agency on SiteSpeak. Your branding, your domain, your emails to clients - none of it says SiteSpeak.

Branding

Upload your logo, set your brand name, and it shows up everywhere your clients see: the dashboard, login pages, emails (lead captures, escalation alerts, conversation summaries, team invitations), and the chat widget itself. On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can serve the whole thing on your own domain with automatic SSL.

Clients

Each client gets an isolated workspace with their own chatbots, training sources, conversations, and leads. You manage them from the agency dashboard and switch between them with the team switcher.

Team members

Invite your team once at the agency level. They get access to every client account automatically with role-based permissions (Administrator, Editor, or Member). Add a new client and your team already has access - no re-inviting.

Agency dashboard

One screen with totals across all your clients: agents, messages, conversations, leads, and usage against your plan limits.

All plans include white-label branding, team members, and a 7-day free trial.

2. Set up your branding in Agency > Branding
3. Create your first client in Agency > Clients
4. Invite your team in Agency > Team
5. Build chatbots and install them on client sites
