Our Application is a paid product. We use Paddle for processing payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to promptly update your information if it changes.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any payments already made.

We may modify these Terms or any additional terms that apply to the Application. We will post notice of modifications to these Terms on this page.
In no event shall SiteSpeakAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
