I'm really impressed with the functionality so far. The interface is clean and organized and the widget is nice and polished. The results in our testing so far have been very impressive. I love that you can pull in so many different sources. We've been able to train the bot with our documentation, tutorials, and community posts. Super cool. The YouTube feature works great as well. And having the ability to add an API integration in addition to training with audio and text files is really nice. Herman is very responsive to feedback which is great and was able to work with us on a custom plan to fit our needs at the moment.

Very intelligent and user-friendly

Hello! Just wanted to say that I plan to use this for my thesis in my school. And honestly, it saved me a lot of time. I liked how we can just train the AI so that we get the responses we want. However, one thing I would recommend is that in the positioning portion, it should be more flexible. Instead of the bottom right corner and bottom left corner. It should have a center and top as well. Maybe you could put a feature where users can position it anywhere on their website page. That is all! Thank you!

I might be biased, but I love that SiteSpeakAI allows me to put my customer support on auto pilot for SnapWidget and Snapto (but still lets me live chat to my customers when needed). 10/10 would recommend!
