You can now use GPT-5, GPT-5-mini and GPT-5-nano with SiteSpeakAI to power your customer service agents and chatbots. These models are the most recent and powerful models available from OpenAI. We've also updated the Test Agent page so you can easily switch between the different models available, the instructions for your model and the model temperature without affecting your live agent.

Big update today 🥳 You can now set your AI chatbot agent to display as an AI Search Bar at the bottom of your page. This works especially well for technical documentation and other documentation heavy websites allowing users to get relevant answers about the current page with the benefit of any additional knowledge you've used to train your chatbot still available.

A small update to the localization options for the Capture Lead action. You can now specificy the text to use for the Submit / Submitting and Cancel buttons. To customize the text used for these buttons, go to Settings -> Localization -> Lead Capture and enter the text you would like to display.

A new security feature is now available to ensure your chatbot only loads on domains approved by the chatbot owner. This makes it easy to ensure your chatbot (and message) credits are not being abused by another website owner. To configure this for your chatbot, head over to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Domain Restrictions and add the domains where your chatbot can be embedded. Leaving this blank means all domains are allowed.
You can now use the latest model from xAI, Grok 4, in your customer support agent. To enable this new model for your chatbot, go to Settings -> AI Model and choose the new xai/grok-4-latest option from the menu. Already using Grok 4 for your customer support agent? Your AI support agent now includes more insights and stats to help you improve your customer support and easily find content gaps in your knowledge base. You can now see exactly what percentage of questions your chatbot was able to successfully answer from the content used to train it as well as the sentiment of your visitor questions.

A new action has been added today that lets you configure Brave Web Search for your AI support agent or chatbot. This means your agent can now use web search as a fallback when it can't find information to answer a users query in it's knowledgebase. It also ensures that your agent can retrieve up-to-date information when needed. To enable the new Brave Web Search action for your chatbot, go to Tools & Actions -> Add Action and select the new Brave: Web Search action.
