New features and improvements in SiteSpeakAI, newest first.
If you use ChatGPT for your work, your chatbot's inbox was always one more tab away. The SiteSpeak plugin is now in the ChatGPT plugin directory. Install it once, and you can work on your chatbot from a ChatGPT chat.
Your customers email support@yourcompany.com, and your website chats land in SiteSpeakAI. Two places to check, and the emails get no help from your knowledge base. Your support email can now come into the same SiteSpeakAI Inbox as your chats, with an answer already written for you.
A visitor asks a question, your agent escalates it, and by the time your team replies, the visitor has closed the tab. Your answer sits in the chat, and they never see it. Your inbox replies can now go to the visitor by email, and their answer comes back to the same conversation.
Five new AI models are now in the model picker: OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna and GPT-6 Sol, Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Opus 5.5, and xAI's Grok 4.7. As before, you choose the AI model that powers your agent. What's new
A visitor asks your agent four questions late at night, gets useful answers, and leaves happy. Nothing escalates, so nothing reaches you. The only record sits in the dashboard, and you have to go looking for it. Your agent can now email you the transcript once a chat has gone quiet.
Your AI agent can now check availability on your HubSpot meeting link and book meetings for visitors without leaving the chat. Each booking creates or updates the contact in HubSpot and records the meeting on the contact's timeline. How it works
Your team lives in Google Chat. Your AI agent's knowledge lives on your website and in your dashboard. Until now, getting an answer meant leaving one for the other. The new Google Chat integration puts your agent inside Google Workspace: anyone on your team can send it a direct message and get an answer trained on your content, without leaving their chat.
Your AI agent hands a conversation to a human at 11pm. You find out the next morning, when you open the dashboard and read a question nobody answered. By then the visitor has already gone somewhere else. SiteSpeakAI is now on the App Store. Your inbox, your leads and your chatbot's numbers, on your phone, so an escalation reaches you wherever you are instead of waiting for you at a desk.
If you run an agency on SiteSpeak, onboarding a new client used to mean clicking through the dashboard: create the workspace, set the limits, build the first chatbot, send the invite. Fine for client number three, painful for client number thirty. Now your billing system can do all of it. The new Agency API lets you provision and manage client workspaces programmatically, so a signup in your own checkout can become a fully branded, ready-to-use chatbot workspace before your customer finishes reading the confirmation email.
Your website has a dark mode. Until this week, your chatbot didn't really have one: you picked Light or Dark once, and every visitor got the same colors whether their screen was bright white or pitch black. The numbers show how well that worked. Of the more than 74,000 chatbots running on SiteSpeakAI, fewer than 250 used the dark theme. Not because visitors don't browse in dark mode, but because one set of colors had to work everywhere.
