    Support for Google Gemini 2.0 Flash added

    New

    You can now use the most recent Google Gemini 2.0 Flash model in your customer support chatbots.

    To try Gemini 2.0 Flash today in your chatbot, go to Advanced -> Settings -> AI Model and select "google/gemini-2.0-flash" from the dropdown menu. Click "Update" and your chatbot will now be using this new model for all queries.

    Support for OpenAI o3-mini added

    New

    You can now use the most recent OpenAI reasoning model in your customer support chatbots. o3-mini can outperform o1 in reasoning tasks, and has lower latency. This means better and faster responses to your user queries.

    To try o3-mini today in your chatbot, go to Advanced -> Settings -> AI Model and select "openai/o3-mini" from the dropdown menu. Click "Update" and your chatbot will now be using this new model for all queries.

    Support for Meta Llama and Cohere Command R Added

    New

    You can now try 4 new models for your customer support chatbots.

    We've added support for Meta Llama 3.1 405B, 3.1 8B and 3.3 70B as well as Cohere Command R.

    To try any of these models, go to Settings -> Basic Settings and scroll down to the AI Model option.

    Improved RAG performance with Cohere Rerank 3.5

    Improved

    SiteSpeakAI chatbots use Cohere's Rerank by default to provide a powerful semantic boost to the search quality of any query your visitors may ask of your chatbot. We now also support the latest version of Rerank, version 3.5 that delivers improved reasoning and multilingual capabilities to search complex enterprise data with greater accuracy.

    This upgrade has been enabled for all chatbots so no need to change anything on your side to experience an increase in your chatbots accuracy.

    You can now easily generate a free llms.txt for your website to provide information to help LLMs use your website at inference time.

    To get started, head over to our new free tool and enter your site URL.

    After your site crawled, and the pages analyzed and summarized, you'll get the content in the correct format that you can copy and paste into a llms.txt file in your website's root.

    Add a checkbox to your lead capture form

    You can now enable a checkbox field on your lead capture form before your visitor starts chatting to your chatbot. This is great for ensuring visitors agree to your terms and conditions before starting their conversation.

    The newly launched (last 24 hours) Grok Beta model from xAI is now available to use in SiteSpeakAI.

    To enable, go to Advanced -> Settings -> AI Model and select the new grok-beta option.

    Escalate to human message localization

    New

    You can now update the default message shown when you enable escalations for your chatbot or when you've added the "Escalate to Human" smart prompt for your chatbot.

    To set your custom message, go to Advanced -> Settings -> Localization and update the message under the Escalations section.

    And to set a "Escalate to Human" follow up prompt for your visitors to request to speak to a human. Go to "Smart Prompts" and then add a new follow up prompt.

    That's it. Your visitors will now be able to leave their email addresses for you to contact them. They will also show up under the Leads section where you can export your leads.
