You can now integrate your SiteSpeakAI customer service agent with HubSpot to automatically add your leads, contacts and visitor information captured by your support chatbot to your CRM. This makes it easy to keep all your contacts insync and up to date. To enable this feature, go to Configuration -> Settings -> Integrations for your chatbot and click on the Connect button in the HubSpot integration card.

We've made some improvements to the escalation notifications that are sent when one of your visitors require assistance. You can now choose to have multiple emails set as notification destinations, and have those emails be notified round robin. This makes it easy to ensure your team is not overwhelmed with notifications. If your team is using Slack for communication, you can also have these notifications sent to a Slack channel.

We've improved the localization coverage of the SiteSpeakAI chatbots to include all of the labels and fields present in the chatbot. This means you can now have your chatbot show in multiple languages depending on the browser language (or site language) of your visitors.

You can now set a message rate limit for your AI customer service chatbot that will prevent visitors from abusing your chatbot and using up all your message credits. To enable this new feature for your chatbot, go to Configuration -> Settings -> Advanced and enable the Rate Limiting option. You can also set the number of messages you want a visitor to be able to send per 5 minute rolling window and the message that your visitors will see once the rate limit is hit.

Various fixes and improvements to the Telegram chatbot integration, YouTube channel support and BookStack integration. For Telegram, the chatbot will now correctly keep the conversation history so you can see all conversations your Telegram users have had with your AI customer service agent.

Support for localization in SiteSpeakAI customer service chatbots has been greatly improved with the latest update. You can now add multiple languages to your chatbot to ensure all labels, messages and text is displayed in your visitors preferred language. To get started with localization for your AI customer service chatbot, go to Configuration -> Settings -> Localization. You will see a new option where you can Add Language.

A small improvement to the Auto Updating Sitemap feature that was added a few weeks ago. SiteSpeak will now check for removed pages from your Sitemap and automatically remove those sources from your chatbot to make sure your AI agent is not using stale information to answer your visitor queries. To start using the improved auto updating sitemap feature, go to Training & Content -> Sources and then Add a new source. Select the Sitemap option and make sure to check the Auto-update sitemap sources daily option before adding your sitemap.
