Better team onboarding and multiple escalation emails
Adding and inviting new members to your team in SiteSpeakAI has been possible for a while. The process however, was not perfect and involved having your team members verify their emails and go through the normal onboarding flow before they could switch to your team.
This has now been greatly improved. Once you've invited a team member, they will receive a simplified email with only one option Accept Invite.


When they click on the Accept Invite button, they will have the option to log in with their existing SiteSpeakAI account, or create a new one. When creating a new one, they won't have to verify their email again, and they will be taken to your team dashboard immediately.
This should create a much easier onboarding experience for new team members!
As part of this update you can now also specify multiple escalation emails for all of your contact forms and escalations.

To add multiple emails, simply separate them with semicolons (;).
