A small update to the localization options for the Capture Lead action. You can now specificy the text to use for the Submit / Submitting and Cancel buttons. To customize the text used for these buttons, go to Settings -> Localization -> Lead Capture and enter the text you would like to display.

A new security feature is now available to ensure your chatbot only loads on domains approved by the chatbot owner. This makes it easy to ensure your chatbot (and message) credits are not being abused by another website owner. To configure this for your chatbot, head over to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Domain Restrictions and add the domains where your chatbot can be embedded. Leaving this blank means all domains are allowed.
You can now use the latest model from xAI, Grok 4, in your customer support agent. To enable this new model for your chatbot, go to Settings -> AI Model and choose the new xai/grok-4-latest option from the menu. Already using Grok 4 for your customer support agent? Your AI support agent now includes more insights and stats to help you improve your customer support and easily find content gaps in your knowledge base. You can now see exactly what percentage of questions your chatbot was able to successfully answer from the content used to train it as well as the sentiment of your visitor questions.

A new action has been added today that lets you configure Brave Web Search for your AI support agent or chatbot. This means your agent can now use web search as a fallback when it can't find information to answer a users query in it's knowledgebase. It also ensures that your agent can retrieve up-to-date information when needed. To enable the new Brave Web Search action for your chatbot, go to Tools & Actions -> Add Action and select the new Brave: Web Search action.

Turn your AI agent into a sales bot with the new Polar checkout links and subscription actions. Add the new Polar: Get Checkout Link and Polar: Get Customer Subscription actions to your AI support agent to allow your chatbot to sell your products, and provide your existing customers with support and information about their upcoming payments and links to their invoices (even generating invoices if needed).

You can now add sources from your site to your AI agent even if your site is behind basic auth and / or private at the moment. To add sources from your basic auth protected website to your agent for training, go to Training & Sources and then select Website or Links as the source option. The click on the Advanced Options to set the Auth Type to Basic (the default) and then enter your basic auth Username and Password.

You can now enable the Capture Leads action for your AI support agent to capture leads and other contact information at the exact right time. Use this to prompt your visitor for contact information when they want to explore enterprise pricing, or experiencing an issue with their account and need futher assistance. You can also add multiple lead capture form actions to your agent for different scenarios and collect different information. To add a Capture Leads action to your agent, select the action from the Tools & Actions section of your agent and configure the Name, Description and Form Fields that you'd like to capture. You can also choose to get a notification in your email every time a visitor submits a form and a lead is captured.
