If you run an agency on SiteSpeak, onboarding a new client used to mean clicking through the dashboard: create the workspace, set the limits, build the first chatbot, send the invite. Fine for client number three, painful for client number thirty. Now your billing system can do all of it. The new Agency API lets you provision and manage client workspaces programmatically, so a signup in your own checkout can become a fully branded, ready-to-use chatbot workspace before your customer finishes reading the confirmation email.

Your website has a dark mode. Until this week, your chatbot didn't really have one: you picked Light or Dark once, and every visitor got the same colors whether their screen was bright white or pitch black. The numbers show how well that worked. Of the more than 74,000 chatbots running on SiteSpeakAI, fewer than 250 used the dark theme. Not because visitors don't browse in dark mode, but because one set of colors had to work everywhere.

Google Cloud published the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) in June 2026, a simple way to hand AI agents your content as a folder of markdown files instead of making them scrape your HTML. Security-focused websites lock down their Content Security Policy by removing 'unsafe-inline' from style-src. Until now that broke the chat widget: the styles it injects into the page were blocked, leaving a bare, unstyled button instead of your chatbot. The widget loader now supports CSP nonces. Pass your page's per-request nonce to the embed script and the widget applies it to everything it injects, so it works under the strictest policy with no 'unsafe-inline' required:
