WhatsApp Business Integration

You can now connect your AI chatbot to WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to message your business on WhatsApp and receive instant, AI-powered responses 24/7.

This integration uses the official WhatsApp Business API to receive messages, process them through your trained chatbot, and send responses - all automatically.

How it works

Navigate to Deploy & Install > WhatsApp in your chatbot dashboard. You'll need to provide three credentials from your Meta Developer App:

  • Phone Number ID - Found in WhatsApp > API Setup
  • Permanent Access Token - Generated from a System User in Business Settings
  • App Secret - Found in App Settings > Basic

After connecting, SiteSpeakAI generates a webhook URL and verify token. Add these to your Meta Developer App's WhatsApp configuration and subscribe to the messages webhook field.
