GPT 5.1 Now available in SiteSpeakAI

OpenAI released the latest version of GPT 5, the better thinking, warmer and more adaptable GPT 5.1 this week.

You can now use this latest model in SiteSpeakAI to improve your customer service chatbot's responses and help your visitors and customers find the answers to their frequently asked questions even faster.

To get started with the new model, select your chatbot, then go to Configuration -> Settings -> AI Model and select the new GPT 5.1 model from the drop down.

Your chatbot will now be able to use the latest model.
