Filter your chat history by feedback type
You can now filter your chatbot's inbox by feedback type. This means you can easily check your chat history to find visitors that have rated your chatbot's responses either negatively or positively.
Exporting your conversations now also include the feedback so you can use this data to improve your knowledge base.
