The inbox now works on phones and small tablets. Tap a conversation, read the thread, reply, and close it. The same flow as desktop, in your pocket.
How it works
Open the inbox on your phone and you land on the conversation list. Use the search bar, the Open / Closed filter, and the feedback or category filter the same as on desktop. Tap any conversation to open the full thread.
In the thread, read every message, send a reply as a human, end live chat if it is running, and tap the visitor name to open their full profile in a sheet. The composer sits above the iOS home indicator so the send button is never hidden behind it.
Availability
Mobile inbox is included in every plan that has access to the inbox. No setup needed, just open the inbox on your phone.
