Great care has been taken to design and implement very specific restrictions and guardrails used in the internal system prompts of SiteSpeakAI chatbots. This prevents your chatbot from responding to questions that it has not been trained on, and to ensure it always stay on topic. But sometimes, you might want your bot to be a little less strict and provide information from ChatGPT's general knowledge base. For Pro and Business plan users, you can now adjust your chatbot's restriction level to Max (the default), Low (the chatbot will still prefer to answer from the knowledge base, but could also use ChatGPT general knowledge) or None (the chatbot will use whatever knowledge ChatGPT has combined with your training sources to answer questions).

You can now share your chatbots with your team and collaborate on your inbox to get your customer queries resolved even faster! Team collaboration is available on the Pro and Business plans.

You can now set the localization options for your chatbot to ensure your visitors has the best experience. Navigate to the Settings -> Localization tab to update the text for each of the labels used in your chatbot

You can now train your custom GPT chatbot from anywhere using the SiteSpeakAI Google Chrome extension in your browser. Just add your API key and Chatbot ID once to set up the extension, then click "Train Chatbot" to add a page or URL to your bot. Easy!

Your visitors can now rate each response of your chatbot with either positive or negative feedback. You can also see the rating for each message in your inbox. This will help you determine if an answer should be improved.

You can now easily export your chatbots conversation history to CSV to import into other apps. To export your chatbot's conversations, click on the download button in your Inbox and then click on the Export button to download a formatted CSV.

For training your chatbot on your YouTube content, it's now easier to use any valid YouTube URL and transcripts should load a little faster 😜

The issue with autoplay not working on mobile has been updated. Unfortunately, most mobile devices prevent audio from being automatically played. SiteSpeakAI will now detect whether this has been allowed and if not display the play button for the user to initiate the audio to play. For training and sources you can now click on a source link in the table to go straight to that source. Helpful when you have 1000s of source links and need to see which ones are being used.
