Can I add my own responses?
Yes, you can add a default response that will be used if the chatbot cannot answer a question. You can also use Smart Prompts / Suggested Messages to guide your visitors to the right question and answer. You can also use Smart Prompts / Suggested Messages to open links to content or send emails.
