How can I capture leads with my chatbot?
You can easily use your chatbot to capture new leads and grow your sales.
To enable this for your chatbot, head over to the Settings section, and select the Leads tab. Then enable the Enable Lead Capture option.
You can also add your own custom fields that you would like your visitors to complete before they start chatting to your chatbot.
Click on the Update button to save your settings.
Updating the text displayed on the lead capture form is possible by editing the Lead Capture text in localization.
Your chatbot will now prompt your visitors to leave their name, email address and more before starting the chat.
Using the Zapier integration? Whenever a visitor leaves their email the βNew Leadβ trigger fires and you can perform an action based on this.
