How do I fine-tune my chatbot?

Fine-tuning your chatbot is an important part of making sure your chatbot provides the best possible answers to your visitor questions.

The easiest way to do this is to add fine-tunes using the Echo functionality, straight from your inbox.

To do this, open your Inbox and find a question you would like to add a fine-tune for.

Click on the Fine-tune with Echo button underneath the answer the chatbot supplied to improve it.

Update the suggested answer you would like to use to train your chatbot, and click on the Add Echo button.

Your chatbot will now answer questions similar to the one you trained it for, using the suggested answer.
