Display images in chatbot messages
You can now set your chatbot to display images in the responses to your visitors questions.
If the content your chatbot is trained on contains images, you can enable this option and the chatbot will include these images if relevant to the response.
Note: Any sources trained before 4 December 2023 will need to be retrained to include the images. You can do this by going to the Training & Sources option and selecting the sources you would like to retrain
