You can now fine-tune your ChatGPT chatbot to more accurately answer your visitor questions. To add an Echo, click the "Fine-tune with Echo" button on a conversation in your inbox, and update the suggested answer. Your chatbot will be retrained to use the suggested answer for any question that closely matches the fine-tuned question 👍
