Add a Cal.com booking action to your AI support agent

To allow your AI support agent to look up availability and make bookings in your Cal.com, you can add the Cal.com: Make Bookings action to your agent.

After selecting the action to add, you will need to update the Description (optional), and set the Cal.com Event Url. This URL will look like this: https://cal.com/your-username/your-event-name. You can find your event Url's in your Cal.com dashboard under event types: https://app.cal.com/event-types

Once you've entered the Event Url, click on the Add Action button to add and enable the action for your chatbot.

Your chatbot will now be able to look up availability in your calendar, and allow your visitors to make bookings.

Bookings will automatically be added to your Cal.com calendar.
