Sign up for an Agency plan
Head to sitespeak.ai/agencies#pricing and choose the plan that fits your agency size - Starter (up to 10 clients), Pro (up to 25 clients with custom domain), or Enterprise (unlimited).Once your account is created you’ll land in your agency dashboard.
Set up your branding
Go to Agency > Branding in the dashboard. Upload your logo and set your brand name.This branding is applied to your dashboard and all emails sent to your clients. See the Branding guide for a full walkthrough.
Create your first client account
Go to Agency > Clients and click Create Client. Enter the client’s name and confirm.A new isolated workspace is created for them with their own chatbots, training sources, and conversation history. See Client Management for details.
Build a chatbot for the client
Use the client switcher in the top navigation to switch into your new client’s workspace. From there, create and configure chatbots exactly as you would for your own account.All the standard SiteSpeak features are available - training sources, tools, appearance settings, and more. See Create Your Chatbot if you need a refresher.
Set up a custom domain (optional, Pro+)
If you’re on the Pro or Enterprise plan, you can serve the dashboard on your own domain so clients access it at
app.youragency.com instead of app.sitespeak.ai.Follow the Custom Domain guide to configure your DNS and verify your domain.Your clients do not have their own SiteSpeak logins. All client workspaces are managed entirely through your agency dashboard.
