This guide walks you through everything you need to go from signup to delivering your first white-label AI chatbot to a client.
1

Sign up for an Agency plan

Head to sitespeak.ai/agencies#pricing and choose the plan that fits your agency size - Starter (up to 10 clients), Pro (up to 25 clients with custom domain), or Enterprise (unlimited).Once your account is created you’ll land in your agency dashboard.
2

Set up your branding

Go to Agency > Branding in the dashboard. Upload your logo and set your brand name. This branding is applied to your dashboard and all emails sent to your clients. See the Branding guide for a full walkthrough.
3

Create your first client account

Go to Agency > Clients and click Create Client. Enter the client’s name and confirm.A new isolated workspace is created for them with their own chatbots, training sources, and conversation history. See Client Management for details.
4

Build a chatbot for the client

Use the client switcher in the top navigation to switch into your new client’s workspace. From there, create and configure chatbots exactly as you would for your own account. All the standard SiteSpeak features are available - training sources, tools, appearance settings, and more. See Create Your Chatbot if you need a refresher.
5

Set client limits (optional)

Back on the Agency > Clients page, you can set per-client message credit and source limits. Click the Set limit text in the Messages or Sources column for any client to allocate a specific amount. This is useful for distributing your agency’s total allocation across clients. See Per-Client Usage Limits for details.
6

Invite client users (optional)

If your client wants direct access to their dashboard and inbox, you can invite them. Click the actions menu next to the client and select Users, then invite them by email.Client users can only see their own workspace - they cannot access other clients or your agency settings. If you have a custom domain, they will see your branded login page. See Inviting Client Users for details.
7

Invite team members (optional)

Go to Agency > Team and invite colleagues by email. Choose a role for each member - Administrator, Editor, or Member.Team members automatically get access to all client accounts with the same role. No need to invite them to each client individually. See Team Members for details on roles and permissions.
8

Set up a custom domain (optional, Pro+)

If you’re on the Pro or Enterprise plan, you can serve the dashboard on your own domain so clients access it at app.youragency.com instead of app.sitespeak.ai.Follow the Custom Domain guide to configure your DNS and verify your domain.
Client workspaces are managed through your agency dashboard. You can invite agency team members to help manage all clients, or invite client-specific users who only see their own workspace.
