Logo & Favicon
Upload your agency logo and favicon from the Logo section. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG. Recommended logo size: 200x50px or wider at 2x resolution for sharp rendering on retina displays. Your logo appears in:- The dashboard header for you and all your clients
- Transactional emails (lead capture notifications, escalation alerts, conversation summaries)
Your logo appears in all transactional emails sent to your clients, including lead capture confirmations, escalation notifications, and conversation summary emails.
Brand Name
Enter your agency or product name in the Brand Name field. This name is used:- In email subject lines and sender display names
- As a fallback when no logo image is set
- In the browser tab title
Email Branding
Control how your agency appears in outgoing emails: From Name - The sender name clients see in their inbox (e.g. “Acme Support” instead of “SiteSpeak”). Set this to your agency name or your client-facing product name. Sign-off Name - The name used in the closing line of email bodies (e.g. “The Acme Team”). This appears at the bottom of escalation and notification emails.Upgrade URL
By default, upgrade buttons in the dashboard open the SiteSpeak pricing page. Set an Upgrade URL to send your client workspace users to your own pricing or billing page instead. When set, every upgrade button shown to users in a client workspace redirects to your URL, with the user’s email address appended as an identifier:email parameter is appended with &. If it contains a fragment (e.g. https://youragency.com/pricing#plans or an SPA route like https://youragency.com/#/pricing), the email parameter is inserted before the fragment, so it always reaches your server:
- The redirect only applies to users in client workspaces. Your own agency team keeps the default behavior.
- Leave the field empty to keep the default pricing page for everyone.
- Include the protocol (e.g.
https://youragency.com/pricing).
Powered By
By default, the chat widget shows a small “Powered by SiteSpeak” badge. You can customize or remove this from the Powered By section in branding settings:- Show badge - Leave the default badge visible
- Custom text - Replace it with your own “Powered by [Your Agency]” text
- Hide - Remove the badge entirely (available on Pro and Enterprise plans)
