Upload your agency logo and favicon from the Logo section. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG. Recommended logo size: 200x50px or wider at 2x resolution for sharp rendering on retina displays. Your logo appears in:- The dashboard header for you and all your clients
- Transactional emails (lead capture notifications, escalation alerts, conversation summaries)
Your logo appears in all transactional emails sent to your clients, including lead capture confirmations, escalation notifications, and conversation summary emails.
Brand Name
Enter your agency or product name in the Brand Name field. This name is used:- In email subject lines and sender display names
- As a fallback when no logo image is set
- In the browser tab title
Email Branding
Control how your agency appears in outgoing emails: From Name - The sender name clients see in their inbox (e.g. “Acme Support” instead of “SiteSpeak”). Set this to your agency name or your client-facing product name. Sign-off Name - The name used in the closing line of email bodies (e.g. “The Acme Team”). This appears at the bottom of escalation and notification emails.Powered By
By default, the chat widget shows a small “Powered by SiteSpeak” badge. You can customize or remove this from the Powered By section in branding settings:- Show badge - Leave the default badge visible
- Custom text - Replace it with your own “Powered by [Your Agency]” text
- Hide - Remove the badge entirely (available on Pro and Enterprise plans)
