Add a Paddle action to your AI support agent

Find out how you can add Paddle actions to your AI support agent to allow your visitors to get information about their subscriptions, invoices and orders.

To allow your AI support agent to retrieve information from your Paddle account, you can add the Paddle: Get Customer Subscription action to your agent.

After selecting the action to add, you will need to update the Description (optional), and set the Vendor Id and Vendor Auth Code.

You can find both of these in your Paddle account under Developer Tools -> Authentication.

You can now click on the Add Action button to add and enable the action for your AI support agent.

Your agent will now be able to assist visitors with information about their latest invoices and how to update their billing information.

You can combine this with the Identify feature of the SiteSpeak API so that your agent will have the required information to retrieve the subscription for your customer.
