Add automatic suggested messages to your AI support agent

Find out how you can add automatic suggested messages to your AI support agent that is generated based on the conversation your visitor is having with your agent.

To allow your AI support agent to generate automatic suggested or follow up messages for your visitors to make their interaction with your chatbot even better, you can add the Suggested Messages action.

After selecting the action to add, you will need to update the Name and Description. Both of these fields are required. You should make these as specific as possible to help your AI agent know exactly when to use the action.

For example, your action could have a name of "order_issues", and a description that makes it clear that the agent should use this action when the user is asking about order issues, and how it should try to help them:

"Use this action when the user asks about issues with their order. Be helpful and friendly and suggest some follow up responses for them"

Auto Suggested Messages is enabled by default, and will allow the agent to automatically generate up to 4 suggested messages. If you'd like to specify your own, you can disable this option and then add a comma seperated list of messages to use.

You can now click on the Add Action button to add and enable the action for your AI support agent.

When your visitors mention topics related to your suggested message action, your agent will display follow up responses for them to use.
