Add your AI support agent to your Zegashop website

In SiteSpeakAI

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet. Copy code snippet

In Zegashop

  1. Log into your Zegashop account and on the dashboard, select Configure 1 - Zegashop - Select Configure on dashboard.png
  2. Select General under Configure 2 - Zegashop - Select General under Configure.png
  3. Select the Content tab, insert your AI support agent snippet in the Custom Javascript Scripts box and click on Save 3 - Zegashop - Insert your snippet and click on Save.png
  4. Voila! Your AI support agent button will now be displayed on your Zegashop website 4 - Zegashop - Button on your webpage
  5. If you click on the button it will display the AI support agent dialogue 5 - Zegashop - Chatbot dialogue on your webpage
