Add your chatbot to your Zegashop website

In SiteSpeakAI

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Chatbot section in the sidebar and then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet. 0 - Zegashop - Copy js code.png

In Zegashop

  1. Log into your Zegashop account and on the dashboard, select Configure 1 - Zegashop - Select Configure on dashboard.png
  2. Select General under Configure 2 - Zegashop - Select General under Configure.png
  3. Select the Content tab, insert your chatbot snippet in the Custom Javascript Scripts box and click on Save 3 - Zegashop - Insert your snippet and click on Save.png
  4. Voila! Your chatbot button will now be displayed on your Zegashop website 4 - Zegashop - Voila! Your chatbot button on your webpage .png
  5. If you click on the button it will display the chatbot dialogue 5 - Zegashop - Click on it and your chatbot dialogue displays on your webpage .png
Your chatbot is now added to your Zegashop website and your customers/visitors can start interacting with it!
