Add your chatbot to your Pagewiz website

In SiteSpeakAI

Log into your SiteSpeakAI account and select your agent from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, select the Javascript tab and then click on the Copy Code button to copy your agent code snippet. Copy code snippet

In Pagewiz

  1. Log into your Pagewiz account, make sure Pages is selected on the top menu bar and click on Design for the page you want to add your chatbot to 1 - Pagewiz - Dashboard, select page.png
Note: There are two (2) ways to add your snippet to your Pagewiz page. a. Using the Embed Code component to insert the code per page or b. Add a global JS Script which will then be applied to all pages

A. Using the Embed Code component option:

i. Drag the Embed Code component onto your page 2 - Pagewiz - Drag Embed Code.png ii. Enter a name for the code component, insert your snippet in the HTML code text box and click on Apply 3 - Pagewiz - Insert your snippet.png iii. B. Using the global JS Script option:

i. Select Scripts & Styles on the top menu bar and select the JS Scripts option 5 - Pagewiz - Select JS Scripts.png ii. Click on Add new script 6 - Pagewiz - Add new script.png iii. Select the location to place your script (Head, Body or Footer), provide a name for your script, insert your snippet and click on Apply 7 - Pagewiz - Insert snippet and Apply.png iv. C. For both options:

  1. Your chatbot button will now be displayed on your Pagewiz website page 10 - Pagewiz - Chatbot button.png
  2. If you click on the button it will display the chatbot dialogue 11 - Pagewiz - Chatbot dialogue.png
