Add your AI support agent to your webstarts website

In SiteSpeakAI

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet. Copy code snippet

In webstarts

  1. Log into your webstarts account and on the dashboard, select the site that you want to add your support agent snippet to and click on Edit Site

  1. On the Editor page, click on Add in the leftside toolbar to add a new element to your website

  1. Scroll down on the list of elements and select Embed Code
3 When adding your snippet you have 2 choices as where to insert it, i.e. site wide (View Site Head) or per page (View Page Head)
  1. Insert your snippet in the Edit HTML edit text area and click on Insert

  1. Click on View Site to view your live website

  1. Your AI support agent button will now be displayed on your webstarts website page

  1. If you click on the button it will display the AI support agent dialogue
7 Your AI support agent has now been added to your webstarts website and your visitors/customers can start interacting with it!
