Add your AI support agent to your Showit website

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet. Copy code snippet

In Showit

To add your customer support chatbot to your Showit website you will need to make use of the Custom Code feature in Showit. This requires you to have an active subscription.
  1. Select the site you would like to edit.
  2. Select the Home page.
  3. Open the Advanced Settings tab in the right sidebar and click on the Custom Head HTML field to enter your code snippet.

  1. Paste the code snippet you copied in SiteSpeakAI into the custom head HTML section and click on the Save button.

  1. Click the Preview or Publish buttons to update your site and view your chatbot.
