Add your chatbot to your Silex website

In SiteSpeakAI

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Chatbot section in the sidebar and then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet. 0 - Silex - Copy JS Code.png

In Silex

  1. Log into your Silex account and open the website you want to add your chatbot to
  2. Select the Code item on the left sidebar 1 - Silex - Select Code item.png
  3. Select HTML HEAD editor on the Code Menu 2 - Silex - Select HTML HEAD editor on the Code Menu.png
  4. Insert your snippet in the HTML editor and click on X to close the editor 3 - Silex - Insert your snippet in the HTML editor and click on X to close editor.png
  5. Click on the File menu icon to open the File dialogue to save your website 4 - Silex - Click on the File menu icon to open the File dialogue .png
  6. Click on Save website to save the changes you made to your website 5 - Silex - Click on Save website .png
  7. Your chatbot button will now be displayed on your website page 6 - Silex - Chatbot button on website .png

That’s it! You have successfully added your SiteSpeakAI no-code chatbot to your Silex website. Your customers/visitors can now start interacting with it, asking all the questions they have.
